Can we ever have enough stockinette stitch sweaters with hidden design elements? Definitely not!

This sweater has a few elements that give it a unique flair, including an overlapping split hem on the body and sleeves, and a ribbing motif that runs along the yoke increases.

Simple techniques are used for this design (such as basic increases), but intermediate techniques are also used (such as short rows). It is my hope that this pattern is a good introduction to knitting sweaters for knitters who are ready to jump into the wonderful world of garments!

Here is a link to the project page for the sample.
