Knit top down, in the round featuring a moss stitch and eyelet increases that also serve as holes to lace the leafy green tassel through. One size fits most.

I used Plymouth Encore worsted yarn in the color “english fern” for the leafy tassels, but since you don’t need much yarn for them, any scrap green yarn you may have lying around would work just fine. :)
