The Tree of Life Socks are knitted cuff down, with a central lace motif, the Tree of Life motif, on the front of the sock all through the leg and foot.
The design is a 28 stitches by 12 rows repeat.
Perfect for experience lace knitters and beginners alike.

I used the lovely Fibras Urbanas Sock yarn in the “Manzanas y Cerezos” color way, which is a blend of merino and 15% nylon, perfect for durable socks. Just one skein is enough to complete this pair, with a little remaining if you make it mid calf. You can, of course, shorten the sock or lengthen it, if you prefer.

I do not provide written instructions for the chart as it is a very easy to follow design.

The socks are available in 3 sizes: small, medium and large for better calf adaptability. The length of the leg and foot are adjustable.

The heel is a German short row heel that doesn’t compete with the Tree of Life motif.

You will need 2,5 mm needles (US 1.5) in whichever format you prefer, this pattern doesn’t instruct you to use any specific technique.
Just keep in mind that if you use 9” circulars for your socks, you will need to change to magic loop for the toe.

The gauge is in stockinette stitch.

The pattern is available in Spanish and English.

I hope you enjoy it!
