This fun hat was inspired by my time as a Spark and Brownie Guider with Girl Guides of Canada. Thank you to Sarah Solomon, designer of the August Hat for Kelbourne Woolens Year of Hats, whose pattern I adapted to create this hat.

This hat requires Berrocco DK in navy and white, approximately 50-100 yards each, and a worsted acrylic in white for the pom pom. The trefoils are worked in stranded colorwork from a chart.
