This gorgeous crochet poncho is made up of lots of beautiful crochet flowers which are joined as you go to make a pretty open work fabric. The flowers are slightly 3 dimensional giving a lovely textural contrast to the open work trellis.

Yarn: This poncho is made using gorgeous Rowan Felted Tweed (50gm balls) and you’ll need the following amounts:

  4 x Main colour and pom pom trim 
  5 x Flower petals
  1 x Flower centes
  1 x Flower centre round 2

The pictured poncho uses;
• 4 x Seafarer: (darkblue/grey) Main colour and trim.
• 5 x Tawney (dark red/pink)) Flower petals.
• 1 x: Mineral (yellow) Flower centres.
• 1 x Avocado (green) Flower centres round 2.

Gauge/tension: Each crochet flower measures 7.75cm across.
