Modern Daily Knitting Field Guide No. 14: Refresh celebrates the transition, the welcome moment when we see where we’ve been and look forward to what lies ahead.

This is a multiseasonal piece to layer over T-shirts, blouses, and dresses. When choosing a size, consider what you’re most likely to wear under it, then look at the finished measure- ments, and make your choice based on how it will fit over the layer beneath it.

Notes
— Back and front are worked separately from bottom up, then joined together at shoulders using a 3-needle bind-off. If you prefer,
you may bind off all stitches for back and front, then sew shoulders together. The neck and body edging are worked in an applied I-cord. The pieces are worked back and forth in rows, but a circular needle is used to accommodate large number of stitches on needle. Use 2 circular needles when working body edging.
— You may work Fractured Lattice Pattern from text or chart.
— You may find it helpful to place markers at each side of Fractured Lattice Panels to keep track of them.
— When working Fractured Lattice Pattern, if you do not have enough stitches to work a cable cross, work affected stitch in stockinette stitch.
