The Très Chic DK Hat is a designed with a slouchy fit. The pattern features a stranded color work corrugated ribbing. The body also features a stranded color work look but the technique in which the fabric is created is not stranded color work. This is great for beginners and experienced knitters who want to learn a new skill, or for those who may be intimated by traditional stranded color work.

The joy of this pattern comes from the color story and I encourage you to fade your CC colors or find an arrangement that is pleasing to you.

This is a great project for using scraps of DK from other projects as the yardage requirement there is less than full skeins.
