Tress scarf is a seamless scarf knit flat (from one end to the other) with lots of cables.

Instead of making a long scarf, you can create a buttoned loop (optional), by adding buttonholes and working fewer repeats of the cable pattern.

scarf – 19 cm / 7.5” wide, desired length
(suggested length: 200 cm / 79”), 550 m / 600 yds

(suggested length: 60 cm / 24”), 192 m / 210 yds

Gauge:
18 stitches x 28 rows = 10 cm / 4” in Stockinette Stitch
25 stitches x 30 rows = 10 cm / 4” in Cable Pattern
