This pattern will show you how to make a baby blanket using the lovely triads stitch. I made mine using 2 alternating colors, but you can easily change the design of the stripes to personalize it however you’d like.

As written, the pattern makes a 30” x 35” baby blanket. You can easily adjust the size to make it as large or as small as you’d like (just use an odd number of stitches).

I made mine using 2 skeins of Lion Brand Ice Cream Yarn and less than 1 skein of Baby Bee Sweet Delight. I used an H (5.0 mm) hook. I also recommend using a tapestry needle to weave in your ends.

You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like to with finished products made from this pattern but if you do sell them, I ask that you link back to my page. You may not copy this pattern, repost it anywhere (either altered or in its original form), or claim it as your own. You may not use any photos on this site for your own use.
