This is the updated pattern of old Triangle Cowl.

This is the same pattern as Triangle Cowl.

Triangle cowl is really easy to wear: no tied knots and unnecessary details, no seams. The lace cowl with triangle shaped front detail will look great worn 2 or 3 times around the neck!

The pattern is written in english using US crochet terms. The pattern includes lots of photos, schemes and a partial chart for trianlge shawl part.

Basic shaping and basic stitches are used in the cowl, but the pattern itself needs very careful reading because of multiple repeats.

Level: Intermediate

Finished measurements:
Cowl part ~ 8 in / 20 cm wide
Triangle part ~ 20 in / 50 cm
Cowl circumference ~ 80 in / 200 cm long

Materials:
Yarn weight: Worsted/ Medium / CYCA #4
2 skeins x (100 gr/3,53 oz = 170 meters/ 186 yards)

As gauge is not critical - any weight yarn and appropriate hook works well for this project (note that measurements will change along).

The green sample is made in fingering weight yarn with H / 5mm hook.

The original version (light grey one) was made in worsted weight yarn with 7 mm hook.

Last 2 pictures - cowl worn 2 times and 3 times (last pic) around neck.
