One of three hats in the Warm the Line Collection, this beanie has a simple knit and purl stitch pattern contained within a band of color, which adds a pop of visual interest. An open gauge gives an extra stretchy fabric, allowing fit for a wide range of head sizes and making it perfect for charity or gift knitting.

One size fits head circumference from 21-24”. 

Finished size after blocking: 9” high x 10.5” wide.

To increase or decrease size, go up or down in needle size and/or yarn weight.

Materials
85g/130 yards total of aran weight yarn. Sample shown in Yarn Bee Hint of Silk Solids (85% bamboo, 15% silk, 85g/130 yards per skein), colors Shantung (A) and Oriental Teal (B).
US size 10.5 (6.5mm) circular needle (16-20” length) or DPNs, or size needed to attain gauge.
