This pattern is easy, and is written in American terms.

Materials
Worsted weight yarn in green
Light weight yarn in beige or brown
Small amount of black yarn
4mm hook
3mm hook
Yarn needle
5 cm/2 inch wooden teething ring (instructions included for adjusting pattern to fit larger teething ring as well)
Fibrefill or yarn scraps to stuff
Optional: Rattle insert or jingle bell – any size between 20 and 25mm will work.

Abbreviations
Ch = Chain
Hdc = Half double crochet
Hk = Hook
Invscdec = Invisible single crochet decrease
Sc = Single crochet
Sl st = Slip stitch
St = Stitch

Finished Measurements
Head front to back: 3.25 inches
Head top to bottom: 3.75 inches
Height of horns: 0.75 inches
Circumference of soft ring: 3.5 inches
