This wrap is designed to be warm and cozy but lightweight at the same time. Fancy enough to put with a dress or nice outfit but looks great with a nice top & a pair of jeans as well.

It is very comfortable at 18” x 60” long but you can easily make it longer by adding additional panels. More length would definitely require 1 more Coexist and at least 1 more Baby Alpaca Silk.

Gauge is not terribly important. It is a wrap after all. If you are an extremely tight knitter I might go up to a 4.0mm. I had only 20g of the Coexist left out of 100g at the end so don’t go too much bigger.

I love the look of the Luxury Silk Sport for the “trickle” effect but you can exchange that for something else if you like. I recommend a yarn with a “shine”, in a sport weight.

You will require:
MC (4) Drops Baby Alpaca Silk (in #1101 Off White) 50g/183yds each
A (2) Drops Kid-Silk (in #01 Off White) 25g/230yds each
B (1) Urth Coexist (in #18 Grey/White/Red) 100g/365m each
C (1) KFI Luxury Indulgence Silk Sport (#117 Stonehenge)
100g/289yds (you use about 25g of this one)

Colourway groupings in photos here. Top one, under the wrap photo is the original combination.

This is available on-line at www.woolandsilkco.com (click on the “Shop Now” tab). Price will be $95 - includes pattern & all yarns to complete. (The Silk Sport will be wound off to the 25g portion for the kits).
