This beanie features three different trees, each on one side of the hat. The Fair Isle technique creates a super cozy fabric, since the stranding in the back adds an extra layer! The ribbing on the bottom is a twisted rib, which creates a neater look than traditional 1x1 rib stitching.

This pattern should fit most adult heads.

Materials

Worsted or aran yarn in two contrasting colors
suggested yarn: Big Twist Worsted Tweed
4.5mm circular needles or dpns
5mm circular needles or dpns
6 stitch markers, one of a different color than the others
Darning needle
Scissors
