Limited Supply of Kits
Trout Brook Trail was made using 100% cashmere. Given a goat produces about 4 ounces of cashmere every 365 days, the downy coat of almost one and a half goats was required to produce enough fiber to knit our hat.

Symbolism
Trout Brook Trail symbolizes pristine connections, a sense of belongingness and acceptance created by the intersection of meandering and winding paths. The cap is worked from the brim up, and incorporates a steady flow of geometrically balanced cables that create five winding paths that travel up the hat. All knit stitches are knit through the back loop to square up the cables for a more refined finish.
