This is chart contains a trout motif designed to be added to Violent Cat Lady’s Glow Crew sweater using intarsia. The motif is 52 sts wide by 28 sts high.

Stitch counts for the chart were designed to fit the large size of the Glow Crew Sweater. The front and back panel each included 1.5 repeats of the motif, arranged for the motif to appear continuous from front panel to back panel.

I used this chart in a pretty analog way. I printed nine copies of the chart, then cut them down the correct number of stitches, and taped them together to create the chart for the full front and back panels.

Original piece is knit in Knit Picks’ Wonderfluff as the background and Lang Cloud Tweed as the fish motif.
