Trusty Toque: Top-Down
Worked top down from the crown in 1 x 1 rib, the Trusty Toque makes the most of a single ball or skein without playing yarn chicken. Available in six weights for ultimate flexibility, this hat is the perfect quick knit.
FINISHED SIZE
The pattern gives directions for six different weights of yarn, to achieve approximately the same size.
Approx. 19-20 cm (7.5-8”) width, measured laying flat and unstretched. Length and circumference are adjustable.
The Trusty Toque is designed with approx. 4” of negative ease, due to the stretchiness of ribbed fabric.
