Pops of texture and color, plus clean finishing, enrich this flowy, boatneck tee. This is a great opportunity to learn the useful technique of knitted tucks, as well as to make a summer tee with lovely drape and ombré stripes.

Knit bottom-up in two pieces, the tee is designed to have a boxy construction and positive ease. Knitted tucks create a double layer of fabric that is used for the split hems, sleeves, and decorative stripes. This technique also gives a clean finish to the neckline, enclosing the edge inside the tuck.
