Tukan Tico
The toucan Tico is a fisherman’s toucan, also called rainbow toucan.
Tico is crocheted in one piece, starting at the beak. Nothing needs to be sewn on, because the wings are also crocheted in.
By changing the colors you can also crochet other types of toucan, such as the well-known toco toucan (white belly - see photos).
Of course you can also crochet your toucan in chenille. I have written notes for this in the places in the pattern where something has to be crocheted differently.
Have fun crocheting!
What skills are you going to need and what will you get:
sc = single crochet
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
inc = increase (2 sc in 1 sc)
dec = decrease/crochet 2 stitches together
FLO = Front loop only
BLO = Back loop only
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
trc = treble crochet
