Inspired by the Flowers in the row afghan pattern, this is a beanie with a ribbed cuff and a round of tulips encircling it.

This beanie is created starting with a ribbing then worked bottom-up in one piece with no visible seams.

Tutorial videos are available to help with this pattern

There is also a pattern for fingerless mitts available to make a matching set.

There are no separate instructions to change the size of the hat, but the pattern testers have successfully used a smaller hook to get smaller sizes.
