Bring some chintzy vintage joy to your morning brew with this delightful Crochet Tea cosy. This is a popular design from WoodAndWools sold in our ETSY shop and is now available as a crochet pattern to make yourself.

The 15 page pattern is presented in a step by step guide with illustrative photographs. The design is a vintage crochet style with its line of Tulips and for full impact finished with three colourful floral pom poms. The main yarn used in the design for the cosy is a Hayfield Chunky yarn in Cream 100g. It creates a thick thermal cosy, it can be made with a DK yarn but the finish will not be as firm. The Tulip / floral pom poms use 70g in Hayfield Bonus DK in Cerise. The leaves in Grass I used less than 5g. The pom pom design can also be crafted into a delightful keychain and is explained in the pattern.

The design will fit a 4-6 cup Teapot (1-1.2L) with added instructions to custom fit to a larger/smaller teapot.
