General Information

Tulips is a really cool design and has fun learning opportunities. It starts with the left and right wings worked identically, each forming one long and one short triangle. The 2 pieces are joined together as stitches are picked up to work the lace center. Lastly, in the border is where you will find the innovation and fun learning opportunities. The border is brioche but worked on top of Beaded Stacked Increases (BSIs) to give it a unique shape. Also, I use beaded brioche syncopation, which means I use a bead at the base of the brioche tulip to shape it.
