Beautifully textured yet super simple to make - this Tunisian Crochet Cross Stitch afghan block will be your new favourite.

It uses Tunisian cross stitch which is simply created by crossing over two Tunisian simple stitches.

The PDF contains a handy video tutorial too if you prefer visual help.

You can use it as a component for an afghan or blanket. However, with its lovely texture it would be lovely as a washcloth or a facecloth worked up in cotton yarn.

I uses aran weight yarn and 8 mm Tunisian Crochet hook.
