This pattern is written with positive ease. The measurements for each size are as follows listed in measured bust/ finished bust

XS: 31 inches/ 35 inches
S: 33 inches/ 37 inches
M:37 inches/ 41 inches
L: 41 inches/ 45 inches
XL: 45 inches/ 49 inches
2X: 49 inches/ 53 inches
3X: 53 inches/ 57 inches
4X: 57 inches/ 61 inches
5X: 61 inches/ 65 inches

You will need at least a 24 inch tunisian cord for this project.
