This square is worked in Tunisian mosaic crochet: 25 stitches x 25 repeats. It is also suitable for mosaic overlay crochet.

I enjoyed creating these patterns to complete a baby blanket.
The pdf file include ONLY the chart, with Xs. Written pattern is not included.
Explanations regarding Tunisian crochet or mosaic not included.
You can use the squares to make a blanket, pot holders, placemats, or whatever your imagination suggests.

My blanket is made with Stylecraft Double Knit yarn with a 6mm crochet hook, but you can use cotton yarn with the hook suitable for that type of yarn.

Two colors are used: one for the background and one for the design and they are exchanged at each round.

If you don’t know the Tunisian Mosaic crochet technique, you can search on Youtube where you will find many valid videos.

Have fun!
