This pattern will show you how to make a Thanksgiving-themed wall hanging featuring a cute turkey. The feathers button on and off so you can make this into a fun tradition for your family.

Using the gauge as written, the wall hanging is 13”x13”. I made the background with I Love This Yarn and Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek Chunky held together using a K hook. The turkey is made with an H hook and Yarn Bee Soft Secret. And the feathers and beak are made with a small amount of I Love This Yarn and an H hook. You’ll also need some colored buttons for the feathers, two black buttons for the eyes, and a wooden dowel for hanging it, along with a tapestry needle for sewing the pieces together.

I decorated the top by surface crocheting and stitching on letters, but you can easily change the words to personalize it with whatever message you’d like.
