These lacy fingerless gloves are good for keeping your hands warm in transitional weather (like the British summer!). The perfect use for that skein of sock yarn that’s too nice to be hidden away in shoes.

They are knitted top down, with a provisional cast on used for the thumb. This is easier than it seems and there are photos to help. The lace instructions are both written and charted.
