Turtle crochet pattern

This is made in rounds.
This measures about 5cm tall and 15cm in length, when made with double knit yarn or about 6cm tall and 19cm in length, when made with aran yarn.
When I make this Turtle I use the Green and Meadow shades of Stylecraft yarn, but any two that go well together would work.

Materials

For the smaller size animal:
3.5 mm hook (US E hook)
Approx 5g dark double knit weight yarn
Approx 20g light double knit weight yarn
Small amount of black yarn for details
Stuffing

For the larger size animal:
5 mm hook (US H hook)
Approx 10g dark aran weight yarn
Approx 30g light aran weight yarn
Small amount of black yarn for details
Stuffing

Stitches needed:

• chain
• slip stitch
• single crochet / double crochet
• single crochet 2 together / double crochet 2 together
• 2 single crochet in same stitch / 2 double crochet in same stitch
• half double crochet / half treble crochet
• 2 half double crochet in same stitch / 2 half treble crochet in same stitch
