I wanted to make something really special for my girls for Halloween. My stepmom makes them tutus, and I thought they would really love having a special costume with a tutu. I’m a dance teacher, and both of my girls are used to being around the studio, backstage, and at competitions. I came up with the top to this dress using sequin yarn.

The colors can easily be modified to make this pattern work for Christmas, Easter, weddings, birthdays, seasons, or any other special occasion.
