This is a deceptively simple blanket that looks great and is super-quick to knit. It is constructed using 2 strands of 8-ply yarn held together and knitted on 7mm needles.
Using two different colours together gives a tweed effect.
The pictured blanket used 450g of pink, 250g of white, and 200g of grey.
This is also a great scrap-buster as you can use any colours you have and make a rainbow version.
Knitted flat on a circular needle to accommodate the number of stitches.
