I love multi-functional garments. As the name implies, the Twice As Fun Cowl can be two things: a pretty and lightweight cowl, or a hoodie!
The limited edition color ‘Gemini’ is what originally inspired this design in Madelinetosh Prairie, but any lace-weight or light fingering yarn of your choice will work for this airy piece. It can be worn as one big loop, wrapped around your neck twice, or with the hood up either way.

About the pattern:
The stitches used are easy and the main piece is worked flat; but the fiddly-ness of using thin yarn and a few directional changes make this pattern an intermediate one, or a good learning project for a confident beginner.

Materials:
1 skein of Madelinetosh Prairie (approx. 120g = 840yds / 768 m); or about 700 yds of lace-weight yarn

Size 2.25mm / US B (or size to obtain gauge) crochet hook
