⭐Material
Yarn: Any category 4 / medium weight (worsted or aran weight) acrylic yarn can be used.
I have used Nako Vega for the larger bag. It is a 100% premium acrylic yarn. each skein has 100 g/ 3.5 oz and 195 m/ 213 yards of yarn. For the smaller bag I have used yarn scraps. Each skein had 175 m/191 yards in 100 g/ 3.5 oz.

  6. Paintbox yarns simply aran Amount needed: For size M, Less than 75 g of each of 3 colors. For XS, S less than 50 g of each of 3 colors. If there is any change in yarn or size, more yarn than stated may be needed.

Crochet hook: 5 mm or H size hook. 5.5 mm or I size for border.
Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, measuring tape, scissors.
Optional: Bag lining material and button if desired. Choose a button approximately 0.75’/2 cm in diameter, or any size that just fits through the gap between 2 double crochet bars.
