Twilight Bloom is a wrap with a two-tone brioche pattern. This fabulous stitch gives the piece two very interesting faces. It’s all about choosing the main color. If the main color is light, the predominant motif will be on the right side of the work, a romantic design reminiscent of the buds of a splendid and fragrant climbing rose, whose scent dissolves in the sweet evening air. Conversely, if the main color is dark, the dominant motif will be on the wrong side of the work, a modern design reminiscent of circles and waves.
In this version, I used Rune by Le Moire yarn a superwash merino yarn in the color Dark Dream (dark) and Rajà, a mohair yarn in the color Poison (light), to highlight the modern design on the wrong side.
You can continue the repetitions until you reach the desired size of the wrap. If you want to make it longer than the pattern suggests, remember that you will need extra yarn.
This pattern is best suited for those with a basic understanding of two-color brioche and who only have written instructions.
Tension is not critical for this pattern, but if your tension is different from the pattern, the size of your wrap will also be different.
