Pattern Note and Tip: A couple of knitters have noted that their gauge is too loose at 4 sts per inch. This gauge is fine on my version but if you prefer a tighter gauge move the needle size down to a US size 7 or 8 if desired or a couple sizes down from your original needle size. It won’t affect the look of the scarf if you knit at a tighter gauge. It’s up to you!

Twister is a long looped scarf with a ribbed edge on one side and a slightly ruffled edge on the other side. The scarf is designed to flip and twist and the edges will roll. It is meant to be this way! Twister can be worn in a variety of ways, wrapped three times up close to your neck, wrapped twice for a long looped look or with one end threaded through the other.
