This little hat is designed to be a quick and easy, but less ‘boring to make’ than the usual plain newborn donation beanie pattern. It isn’t a tricky knit but would best suit a confident beginner or beyond. It is worked flat and seamed up to make it an easy project to chuck in your handbag or in my case so my little ‘helpers’ can’t cause as much destruction as if they get their fingers onto double pointed needles!
