The Two Cables Socks are made for both everyday adventures and long journeys. These socks are worked from the toe up and use a peasant heel.

Difficulty Intermediate

Finished Size 7.75 (8.25)“ foot circumference and 9.25 (10.5)” long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable. Socks shown measure 8.25”.

Yarn Madelinetosh Twist Light (75% merino wool, 25% nylon): fog, 1 skein.

Needles Size 2 (2.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers; cable needle; waste yarn for heel; tapestry needle.

Gauge 29 sts and 43 rnds = 4” in St st; 26 sts at center of Cable chart = 2 3/8” wide, relaxed.

Note These socks are worked in the round from the toe up with a peasant heel.
