Two Colors Socks
Two Colors Socks are toe-up ankle socks worked in the round with only knit and slipped stitches.
Two colors alternate every round to make vertical stripes, and the yarn is carried up the side instead of being cut. A gusset adds room over the instep, and the heel is worked with short rows and then a heel flap. The cuff is k1, p1 rib with a tubular bind off.
Size: 24.5 cm foot length
Yarn: fingering weight, 66 g total (MC 40 g / CC 26 g)
Needles: 2.4 mm (JP 1) 80 cm circular, magic loop
Gauge: 34 sts x 50 rows = 10 cm square in Stitch Pattern
Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors
The pattern is 2 pages in English, with links to tutorial videos for the stitch pattern and for the heel.
