According to the pattern: Steel crochet hook US size 8/1.25 mm or size 6/1.50 mm if you tend to work very tightly.

Pattern consists of 2 crocheted triangular motifs joined together at one end with single crochet stitches. Other stitches used are puff stitch, long DC stitch and picots for a total of 19 rows for each motif.
