Fun options for this hat pattern!

Choose to knit it in one color with purl stitches to create the charted texture in the body of the hat. Or, knit the charted design using two colors. If you have a little leftover ball rolling around in the bottom of your basket, here’s a chance to use it. You need less than 25 yards of contrast color.

A single round of purl stitches sets off the charted design at the top and the bottom. Don’t like that look? Skip that round. No prob! But if you choose to include the purl round, instructions are included to minimize any jog.
