From Dorset with Love … a collection celebrating adventure, friendship, warmth and knitting - stitch by stitch, row by row.

Everyone has their own recipe for the perfect adventure…

Mine? Great scenery, excellent company, a flask of delicious warm tea, something scrummy to eat and hand knit socks! Always hand knit socks!

I thought long and hard about what makes the perfect adventure sock - I love a plain foot so that my feet are comfy in my walking boots and a ribbed leg for a great fit. I prefer my socks to be a medium length but if you love a long boot sock these are easy to adjust. They are also worked from the toe up meaning you can eek out every last metre of that glorious sock yarn you love so much.

Now we’ve got that sorted where are we off to?
