A rectangular shawl, the entire length is knit horizontally in one piece. The top and bottom edgings have plain wrong side rows. The larger section of lace has patterning on both right and wrong sides, following which is a section of plain stockinette.

Feel free to add length by adding repeats to the larger lace section, or the stockinette section. I have given amounts for both of these separately so that you can calculate how much yarn you will need should you wish to add length.
