Uhuru Lite is a contemporary sweater with a unique look. Uhuru means the peak of mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and see, there’s a mountain standing on its peak on the back and mini peaks on the sleeves. Uhuru Lite is a lighter version of the original Uhuru sweater pattern and meant to be a little slimmer. The pattern provides instructions for two kinds of necklines – a trendy funnel neck and basic crew neck if that’s what you prefer. As a maker, you have the freedom to choose - go with your style!
