Listed under the materials are Pair of 3¾mm knitting needles and cable needle these are not used in the pattern and should be omitted.

For the Size 41cm ONLY the 13th row on the left front should read;

13th row: k2tog, k2, k2tog, yfwd, k3, k2, yfwd, sl1, k1, psso, k1, k2tog, yfwd, k3twice, k5.
For the Yoke the first Dec row is incorrect and should read;
Dec row: k9(16), k2tog, k1, k2togtbl, k8, k2tog, k1, k2togtblto last 9(16)sts, k to end. 120 (156)sts
