i am definitely someone with a northern sensibility. i prefer the cold, i like big open spaces without too many humans, and i love layers upon layers of clothing. so it’s no surprise that iceland is my favourite place to visit. when i went camping on the edge of reykjavik a few years ago, i climbed waterfalls and dormant volcanoes, baa-ed with random sheep, and drooled over all the incredible fibre art. i also bought a tiny ukulele that i named “úlfur”, which is icelandic for “wolf.” this hat reminds me of that trip and the colours of a wolf’s fur, hence the name.

you can buy the matching úlfur cuffs here.
