Ulla Sweater is a highneck, slim top down sweater. Timeless shape. Slightly cropped. Perfect with high waisted jeans or skirts.
Both yoke and shoulders are worked in a 1x1 twisted ribbing pattern which creates an interesting triangular shape. The lower part of the body is worked in stockinette stitch. The puffy sleeves are voluminous and vintageinspired. Construction wise, the yoke is created using shoulder increases on every round. The front and back are worked separately until the triangular yoke motive is completed. Then, front and back are rejoined under the armhole and the sweater is worked in the round down to the hem.
The sleeves are worked by picking up the stitches from the body and worked in the round, then the ‘bishop’ effect is created by a tight rib at the wrist.
The model on the picture is 169 cm tall and wears a size 2.

You will need a total of approximately 310 (320, 340, 375, 415, 435, 465, 515) grams to complete your sweater.
