With its different textures and soft colors, this shawl is named after my mother’s hometown of Ulm. The patterns and vintage look nostalgically recall my grandmother’s home, the old town architecture and happy memories of exploring my family’s past through a child´s eyes.

SIZE:

Approx. 220 cm/86 ½“ along top edge, 70 cm/27½” in depth.

NEEDLES:

4.5 mm/US 7 circular needle 80 cm/32” or a length appropriate for you to knit the number of sts on the needles comfortably.

YARN:

De Rerum Natura Gilliatt (100% Wool - Merino;
250 m (273 yd)/100g).
Sample is shown in colorways Sel (MC), Poivre et sel (CC1), Quartz (CC2) and Poivre (CC3).
Or any other worsted weight yarn that gives you a fabric you like.
