Umbel is a crescent-shaped scarf or shawl. Easy and fast to knit. Only you need use some short rows to shape the border.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
After blocking:
Width: approx 110 cm/43” from end to end after blocking.
Depth: measures approx 29 cm/12” at deepest point of center.

MATERIALS:

Approximately 330 m/358 yards fingering weight yarn (400m/437yards). I would recommend a semisolid or solid color.

US6 (4mm) 32” circular needle or size to obtain gauge.

GAUGE:

16 sts = 10 cm/4” in stockinette stitch.
Gauge is not crucial, but different gauge gives different finished size.
