Umbrella Coasters
In this pattern you will receive two coaster patterns, and a pattern for a backing that can make the first coaster reversible. The second coaster doesn’t need a backing and is reversible on its own. This is a beginner - intermediate pattern with step-by-step photos included for the tougher parts. Both coasters and the backing work up quick and make a really cute centerpiece for any surface, and are great gifts!
Both coasters and the backing are about 4.5 - 5 inches wide, so they are the perfect size for any cup or mug you want to set on them.
For the first coaster you will need two colors of any brand of cotton yarn, and the second coaster along with the backing only needs one color of cotton. The coasters don’t need much yarn at all, maybe around 100 yards altogether. For this pattern you will need a 5mm H crochet hook.
I also want to give a thank you to my pattern testers, and please check out their instagrams! They have such lovely and amazing pictures of their items! Kristi.powell74, crochet_4_fun, and crochetbynoviera.
I am always available if you have any questions or need help with the pattern, so please message me and I will get back with you when I can! Thank you for your purchase!
