A quick, easy, satisfying knit that would make a great gift.

“Ume” means “plum” in Japanese.
I also call this the “bad hair day hat”.
It’s so much easier to shove your head into
a hat than straighten rebellious hair.

Materials needed:

  • stitch marker
  • 16 inch circular needles in US 6 and US 11.
  • double pointed needles in US 11 or 24 inch circular needle for magic loop method.
  • darning needle
