Sometimes I get seduced by colors of yarn. I saw a package of worsted weight mini-skeins and decided to design a cowl that used up essentially all of the yarn.

This cowl used 20 out of 21 yards from each of 24 mini-balls of yarn. You could very easily use up yarn scraps instead for this cowl, or knit it in just two colors. Or one constant color (light or dark) and use up small bits for the rest. Or use a gradient. Knit it to reflect your own personality!

Additionally, directions are given in case you would like a longer cowl, though this wouldn’t work with the mini-skeins I used.
